Rangers fans already have a love affair with Zambian striker Fashion Sakala and the wonderfully positive forward has once again struck a chord with supporters.

Gers fans have been boosted by the pacey attacker’s infectious personality and attitude which has been a huge positive for Rangers supporters this season.

Sakala, 24, has also finally began to find his feet in Scotland as he netted his fifth goal of the season in the 3-1 win over Livingston.

This followed a hattrick in the 6-1 demolition of Motherwell at Fir Park and there’s a growing sentiment that we’re beginning to see flashes of the best of the striker.

Rangers fans have a new hero in Fashion Sakala

Coming off the bench in the victory over the Lions, Fashion was seen smiling as fans belted out his song, a chant that took over Copenhagen only a few weeks ago.

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

It’s a song that clearly means a lot to Fashion and after being asked about the lift it might’ve given him coming off the bench against Livi he revealed he sings it to himself at home.

“It’s a very big motivation to see how fans react when I’m getting on the pitch,” said Sakala [Rangers].

“I really appreciate the support I’m getting from the fans and I really appreciate the song they made for me. It’s a very beautiful song, a very nice one.

“It can’t get off my mind! I always sing it when I’m alone so yeah I’m very happy, and I really appreciate the support for my fans and it’s a big motivation for me.”

Rangers fans – absolutely enamoured with the positive striker – have taken to Twitter to react to the comments of the Zambian forward:

Gers fans will be hoping Fashion can continue his fine form as the club takes on Hibs at Ibrox at Easter Road this week.

Whilst the Zambian is fit and raring to go for the clash in Edinburgh, Rangers have also been boosted by the potential return of another forward from injury.
