Rangers fans group the Union Bears have released a special video based on the club’s recent Europa League adventure.
The five minute+ video looks back at a variety of memorable trips abroad, and also some special home matches at Ibrox. There are some unique shots from within the crowd at games across Europe and a big focus on the special displays the group produced at Rangers’ home ground.
The video also includes a rousing rendition of club anthem Every Saturday We Follow.
The displays created by the controversial fan group were one of the campaign’s off-field highlights. The group also helped create a special atmosphere at Ibrox and across Europe throughout the campaign.
They were a true credit to the club during the club’s first European run in eight years.
The Union Bears have been criticised in the past but let’s be honest, the club nor stadium would be the same without them. Constantly and consistently, they are the driving force behind the stadium’s songs and atmosphere. They were also completed unfazed by trips to Austria, Russia and Spain. Their commitment has been outstanding.
They’re a vital part of the fanbase and continue to produce week in, week out despite being completely funded by donations. That means Rangers fans digged deep into their own pockets for the stunning displays against Maribor, Rapid and Villarreal.
The video, available above, was originally published on the Union Bears Youtube page earlier today. It’s also available here.
