Rangers retail partners Castore sure are getting about and the now-Manchester based kit manufacturer has announced a deal with Premier League Aston Villa.
The deal was made official by the club’s social media channels but everyone was well aware this was in the pipeline amid a series of kit leaks at Castore HQ.
Rangers, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are amongst those impacted by the leaks and Castore have now made their third Premier League partnership official.
Aston Villa join Newcastle and Wolves as official Castore partners as the ambitious brand continues to make forays into the global footballing market.
Aston Villa chief commercial officer Nicola Ibbetson described the Castore deal as a “landmark partnership”.

“This is a landmark partnership for the Club, joining with an exciting British brand who understand our ambition and strategy,” said Ibbetson [Aston Villa].
“Ensuring we can provide high quality sportswear for both our players and supporters is crucial to the Club.
“Over the past four seasons our shirt sales have increased four-fold as our supporters around the world have reconnected with the club and we are delighted to continue this journey with Castore.”
The move comes after Rangers’ kit partners announced a landmark deal and first foray into La Liga, signing with Sevilla.
Also adding Bayer Leverkusen and Feyenoord to their portfolio they’ve come a long way in a short period of time after signing their first deal in football with Rangers in 2020.
Castore also have a range of partnerships across sport with the likes of England cricket, McLaren F1 and Sir Andy Murray, whilst they maintain a series of partnerships with a host of other sporting personalities.
Another partnership signed recently in the English footballing lower leagues also turned heads as Castore team up with a League Two side.
