Rangers striker Zak Rudden has completed a clean sweep of awards at loan club Falkirk’s awards night, lifting the Players’ Player of the Year, Supporters’ Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year & Goal of the Season awards.
Rudden joined the Bairns on loan at the start of the season and has been in fantastic form for the Championship side – despite their lowly league position.

The striker’s goal against Dunfermline in November picked up the Bairns’ Goal of the Season award; Rudden’s 25-yard shot arrowed its way into the bottom corner to give Falkirk a 1-0 win over their rivals.

The 19-year-old has scored 12 times in 31 appearances for Ray McKinnon’s side this season and will be hoping to have caught the eye of Gers boss Steven Gerrard.

There was also an International Recognition Award for Deimantas Petravicius, Shayne Lavery and Rudden after the trio represented their respective countries at various levels over the season.

With only one game left in the season, Falkirk fans will be hoping Rudden can end his stay with the Bairns by helping them avoid the drop to League One.
