Rangers fans have piled on a Tweet from Gers-supporting Celtic fringe man Greg Taylor after he celebrated the Parkhead side’s late win over a poor Lazio side in Rome last night.

Taylor came through the Gers Academy and was regularly seen at Ibrox until he left Kilmarnock to sign for the Gers bitter rivals earlier this season.

After just getting by the Italians to record their first even win in Italy, Taylor posted a celebratory tweet – but Rangers fans were quick to remind him where his allegiances lie.

Since moving to Celtic, Taylor has struggled to get into the side and was left kicking his heels on the sidelines last night against Lazio.

Gers fans were on a high of their own after the stunning 2-0 win over Porto at Ibrox left them within touching distance of the last 32 with two games still to play in the group.

Taylor will likely be regretting his tweet now though – with one Rangers fan asking if he’ll be “back in the Copland” for the Young Boys clash to close out the group.
