Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has been named in Carlos Queiroz’s first Colombia squad – and Gers fans are delighted to see the 22-year-old rewarded for his performances.
The squad was confirmed in a pretty unique video on Twitter by the Colombian FA and Morelos will join the squad after the upcoming Premiership match with Kilmarnock.

The Colombians will face Japan (22nd March) and South Korea (26th March) as they continue their preparations for this summer’s Copa America.

Morelos won his first cap last year against Venezuela in Miami and will be delighted his form has won him a recall under the new boss.

So far this season, Morelos has scored 28 goals for Rangers and has recently been linked with moves to the likes of Leicester City, Borussia Dortmund and
Eintracht Frankfurt.
Despite that, the striker signed a new contract which will extend his stay at Ibrox until 2023.
Gers fans were delighted to see the 22-year-old in the squad – with some believing it will add to his transfer fee if a bid is made this summer.
