Rangers fans have heaped praise on Alfredo Morelos after the striker tweeted a compilation of his goals from the Europa League group stages.

It’s been well documented that El Bufalo has been in outstanding form over the first half of the season.

He has 27 goals in 33 appearances for the Gers, while he also netted the winner for Colombia in a friendly against Peru in November.

Europe is where he’s been at his most devastating, though.

He’s scored 14 times across the qualifiers (8) and Europa League group stages (6), which is more than any player has ever registered before the winter pause in UEFA competition.

After failing to net on the first matchday, he scored at least once in five consecutive Group K matches, which is an incredible achievement given the calibre of the opponents.

These are feats he’s clearly very proud of, as he tweeted a stunning compilation of all his group stage goals on Wednesday evening accompanied by four emojis: a buffalo, a football, the Colombian flag and the shushing face.

Naturally, it went down a storm on social media.
