Rangers have confirmed that The Energy Check will sponsor the back of the club’s shirts after agreeing a three-year partnership

Replacing Utilita, The Energy Check will have a “significant visual presence in Ibrox Stadium, including on both touchline and mid-tier LED boards and interview backdrops” according to the club’s website.

Commercial and Marketing director James Bisgrove also confirmed here will be further announcements to come as the club grows its impressive roster of partners.

“We are thrilled to welcome The Energy Check as our new back of shirt partner. This lucrative three-year. partnership is a significant step in further expanding our commercial partnership family at Rangers,” Bisgrove told Rangers TV.

“We look forward to introducing The Energy Check to our supporters and corporate clients in the coming seasons and working closely with them to develop an extensive and exciting activation plan.

“Further announcements with continued additions to the growing Commercial Partner family at Rangers will follow in the coming weeks as we look forward to the 2020/21 football season.”


The Energy Check have a number of existing partnerships across football, including the English Championship and the naming rights for Partick Thistle’s The Energy Check at Firhill Stadium.

Bisgrove has done an impressive job since his arrival at the club and making a fantastic effort to rebuild the club’s brand after years of neglect.

The partnership brings significant investment to the club and will help Steven Gerrard is his bid to get his hands on the first major silverware since 2011.
