Former Rangers striker Kris Boyd thinks that Alfredo Morelos’ refusal to ‘rock the boat’ at Ibrox has endeared him to everyone at the club – and thinks wantaway Aberdeen star Scott McKenna should follow the Colombian’s example.
McKenna put in a transfer request last week and has been linked with a move to the Gers’ bitter rivals Celtic but Boyd insists Morelos’ should be the example for McKenna.

“He’d have been better advised to follow the example of Morelos. No one would be surprised if the Colombian’s agents are working behind the scenes to find a club willing to match Gers’ valuation,”
“But the player hasn’t rocked the boat and he produced one of his best displays for Gers in Denmark on Thursday night.
“If anything, his conduct amid all the transfer speculation has endeared him to Gers management, board and fans.”
Morelos has been linked with moves constantly but the striker has never shown anything less than 100% commitment during his time at Ibrox.

There’s little doubt it’s endeared him to the Rangers support though, however, his regular goals have a part to play in that too.
