Rangers have announced a three-and-a-half-year partnership with Clarity Sports, who have become the club’s Official Team Travel Supplier.
The announcement was made via Rangers.co.uk on Wednesday afternoon, and the relationship is set to affect both players and fans.
Clarity Sports, a subsidiary of Clarity Travel Management, will take care of Gers first team travel to European fixtures, while through Sportsbreaks.com ‘Match Break’ packages will become available, providing ‘unforgettable fans experiences’ for domestic fixtures.
While Sportsbreaks.com is a new company, the employees appear to have transferred over from former industry heavyweights, Thomas Cook Sports.
“Rangers are a fantastic club, with both a dedicated local fanbase and global reach,” Director of Sports Travel at Clarity, Rob Slawson, told Rangers.co.uk.
“It is always a privilege when a club trusts you to facilitate their team travel and we hope our best-in-class support can help them over the coming seasons.”
Rangers Commercial and Marketing Director, James Bisgrove, also stated he was ‘thrilled’ by the new arrangement.

Verdict
This is the latest in a long line of partnerships announced by Rangers in recent months.
From Orange County SC to Trump Turnberry to Molton Brown, the club are clearly working on a wide variety of projects.
Rangers are once again becoming a force in European football, as exemplified by Wednesday night’s triumph in Braga, and Clarity have been entrusted with sorting the logistics of European away days for the foreseeable future.
As for the ‘Match Break’ packages, it’ll be interesting to see exactly what is on offer over the next few years.
Options are available for as early as the next Old Firm on 15 March, and for now, the package appears to simply include an overnight hotel stay and a matchday ticket in the Club Deck.
