A club statement also confirmed that both players would join in the summer when their current contracts expire.
Jones is a 5-time capped Northern Ireland international. After beginning his career at Middlesborough, he joined Kilmarnock in 2016.
He has amassed 88 league appearances for the Rugby Park outfit, scoring nine times.

He has appeared 41 times for the Dee.
Neither player is yet the finished article, but there is potential there. The fact that they will join on free transfers also minimises the financial risk involved in the deals.
Finally, after so much speculation, there comes confirmation.
Two new players will join Rangers, albeit in a few months time.
