At the beginning of the month, Nathan Young-Coombes joined Rangers from Chelsea.
Just 16-years-old, there wasn’t a whole lot of information about him when he arrived.
All we really knew was that he had been highly rated within the Premier League side’s youth setup.

However, since then, we’ve begun to get a better idea of the player’s talent.
He’s played a starring role for the U17s over the last fortnight, as they became the first ever British club to win the prestigious Alkass International Cup.
Young-Coombes scored an impressive hat-trick, against Tunisian side Etoile Sportive du Sahel, during the group stages.
Yet, that wasn’t all he produced during the tournament.
He scored once and pulled off a stunning showboat in the semi-final win over Kashiwa Reysol.

Back on Scottish soil, it seems he has picked up where he left off.
Today, he scored in a 3-1 win over Aberdeen in the SFA Youth Cup semi-final.
The young Gers went behind in the fifth minute, but showed excellent character to bounce back.
Ciaran Dickson levelled the scores, before the similarly impressive Josh McPake completed the turnaround.
When Young-Coombes got in on the act in the 71st minute, victory was secured.
