Rabbi Matondo was in action for Rangers this weekend.

Rangers got the better of St. Johnstone 2-0 away from home in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Matondo scored the second goal for Michael Beale’s side on 79 minutes.

The 23-year-old Wales international winger has taken to Instagram to express his delight at winning the match.

And Ianis Hagi has responded to his post, as you can see below.

Hagi, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, joined Alaves on loan from Rangers in the summer transfer window.

Matondo has been on the books of Rangers since 2022.

The Gers are four points behind leaders and defending champions Celtic.

Rangers will return to action on Thursday when they take on Real Betis at Ibrox in the UEFA Europa League.
