Gers in 'informal talks with Liverpool over Kent' - Four Lads Had a Dream

Gers fans could be set to get their wish, as it has been claimed that the club have entered discussions with Liverpool over a possible permanent deal for Ryan Kent.
The Four Lads Had a Dream blog, is considered a reliable source on all things Rangers.
Last night, the Twitter account refuted reports that the club are in for Derby’s Craig Bryson.
In the same tweet, came an update on Kent.

The 22-year-old winger arrived in July, on a season-long loan.
He started well at Ibrox, putting in a series of competent displays on the left flank.
End product materialised in October, as he scored in consecutive outings against Hearts and Hamilton.

Back-to-back hamstring injuries ensured the talent missed much of November and December.
Yet, he returned just in time to produce a stunning display against Celtic.
During the game, his pace and trickery tortured opposition right-back Mikael Lustig, and did for Scott Brown on multiple occasions.

Most tellingly, an excellent run and cut back set-up Ryan Jack’s winning goal.
After the match, large numbers of fans called for the club to snap Kent up on a permanent deal.

Valued at £1.58 by Transfermarkt, he won’t come cheap. However, this news suggests that Rangers may be willing to stump up.

It’s fair to say, this is another deal that would receive full endorsement from Bears!
