The joint-manager of English lower league outfit Chester FC, Anthony Johnson, has pledged his allegiance to Rangers when asked about the Old Firm divide.
Taking part in a special Q&A on Twitter Johnson was asked a question which is amongst the most pertinent in Scotland – Rangers or Celtic?
Johnson was quick to respond with the blue side forming the obvious choice for the boss of the English sixth tier side.
The English manager didn’t just pick Rangers over Celtic when asked, the Chester co-gaffer also waded into the debate over Alfredo Morelos and Odsonne Edouard.
Johnson would pick the Colombian striker when posed the question over the two players during the question and answer session.
The outspoken coach would also discuss former Rangers captain Barry Ferguson against current Celtic skipper Scott Brown.
In an online poll cast by Johnson, there was only ever going to be one winner.
It’s not the first time Andrew Johnson has taken to Twitter to pledge his allegiance to the blue side of Glasgow either.
The Chester boss posted back on December 29th“come on Rangers” as he cheered on the Gers during their 2-1 win over Celtic at Parkhead.
Months later it appears the Ibrox club still retains a special place in heart of the lower league English manager.
