Castore officially launch new Rangers Heritage range

Rangers retailers Castore have launched a brand new heritage range as supporters are invited to buy the non-playing lifestyle products.

The range includes a variety of long and short-sleeved t-shirts and polo necks in three colours – white, blue and charcoal – and is available for purchase via the club’s official store.

The designs include a stylish new Rangers badge on more formal clothing with a block colour supported by a subtle highlight around the arm cuffs.

Castore have released a range of so-called lifestyle products in the past and these latest releases will add to the Rangers products already listed for sale on the club’s website.

Signing as Rangers retail partners last summer, the deal to work with Castore came out of the blue following years of tumultuous retail operations at Ibrox.

With the lingering issues associated with Sports Direct still bubbling away in the background, Rangers had to be creative with their retail agreements as they announced the end of all pre-existing contracts.

Castore – who pride themselves on being a disruptor brand – appeared the ideal fit with the retailers looking to use Rangers as a springboard into the world of football.

The now Manchester-based retailer have made no bones about the early success of the Rangers deal forming their pitch with other clubs and since signing on at Ibrox have rapidly expanded.

Premier League clubs Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United have already been added to the Castore footballing portfolio, whilst a deal with Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen was announced this month.

According to reports, this will be one of five new deals struck by Castore heading into next season with new ventures into Spain, England, Italy and the Netherlands to come.

Love them or hate them, it’s been an impressive rate of growth from Castore who remain very highly thought of from within Rangers.

Rangers will also wear a special 150th anniversary edition Castore kit at an upcoming Scottish Premiership clash.
